As this will be the last week for you to register the Coway Run, we’re giving away 10 free tickets, WOHOO! Just tell me where’s the location of Coway Run and booomm you will win the tickets. Its that simple!

Just as a fellow runner myself, here are my favorite and the best places to run!

1. Lembah Kiara Park:

Level: Beginner to Intermediate

- If you want to do some regular running. I would say this place is a good start. The distance of the standard loop is about 1.1km and they are mostly flat! Well, this place isn't just full flat, you can opt for a more challenging route by taking the outer loops.

2. Bukit Kiara:

Level: Intermediate to Advanced

- Seriously, this place is one of my favourite spot! If you are ready to hit the hills hard for some intensive hilly conditioning, this place is for you. If you want to try trail running, you can try going off-piste! However, if you do so you must run at your own risk, and make sure you do it early of the day.

3. Desa Park City

Level: Beginner to Intermediate

- For those who love running at night. I would say Desa Park City is probably one of the best and the safest place for late evening run. Well, other times are actually great too... Some of you might have seen me here quite often, because this is somewhere convenient for me to train.

So where is the best place you should train? Well, it doesn't really matter where, as long as you are able to train consistent at places that is convenient and safe for you!

Now, we have only 2 weeks left to the Coway Run! If anyone wants to join me in the run, here's your last chance before the registration close. Hurry! www.cowayrun.com.my

About author
I wasn't born with this physique... I've been skinny and fat, zero confidence to almost every area of my life. My life changed dramatically when I started working out for like 5 days a week. A few years later not only I saw improvement on my health and outlook, but it helped me to persist many other negative things in life! What I've learned from gym room... No pain no gain! The harder you struggle the more glorious the triumph! Yup, Life is Up and Down, but every downfall doesn't mean is bad. Just like working out, those pain can be really painful and annoying, but pain is the sign of weakness leaving the body, they are your strength for tomorrow! the best part? Your gains actually last much longer than your pain. Fitness is a gift of my life. I am blessed that I am able to share my gift to everyone here in this amazing platform.
